Ms. Jacqueline Johnson
The Bermuda Post Office (BPO) has announced that the Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2015 is Ms. Jacqueline Johnson, Mailhandler.
Ms. Johnson is currently working within the Bermuda Mail Processing Centre of the Bermuda Post Office. Ms. Johnson has worked with the Bermuda Post Office (BPO) since 23rd July 2007 over 8 years of service. Ms. Johnson's responsibilities are to sort all local and incoming outgoing mail, as well as parcels within the Bermuda Post Office in an efficient and effective manner. Also, she is responsible for any clerical duties as requested.
Ms. Johnson was selected for this award because in her role as Mailhandler she has demonstrated the core values of the Bermuda Post Office which are integrity, team work, flexibility, service excellence, competence and passion.
Ms. Johnson performs her duties to a high standard and always goes over and beyond her duties and job description to maintain a high and consistent level of production to ensure all her work is completed. Ms. Johnson has a can do attitude and always goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service to assist her internal and external customers to ensure they are always satisfied. Ms. Johnson is very reliable, self-motivated and shows initiative all the time and is adaptable to change. Ms. Johnson communicates good and has a positive attitude towards her work.
Overall, Ms. Johnson is deserving of this award because she has great work ethic and staff recognize her efforts and contributions to the success of the Operations section within the BPO. She is an asset to the BPO and is consistent in her performance and commitment to the Operations section and the BPO.

Mrs. Kenlyn R. Smith
Mrs. Smith is currently working within the Corporate Services and Operations sections of the Bermuda Post Office. Mrs. Smith has worked with the Bermuda Post Office (BPO) since 13 January 1989 over 26 years of service. Mrs. Smith's responsibilities are to provide secretarial and administrative support. She was selected for this award because in her role as Administrative Assistant she has demonstrated the core values of the Bermuda Post Office which are integrity, team work, flexibility, service excellence, competence and passion.
Mrs. Smith performs her duties to a high standard and always goes over and beyond her duties. She is receiving this award due to her excellent customer service and for going the extra mile to assist her internal and external customers to ensure they are satisfied. Mrs. Smith is very knowledgeable of her duties, and is very reliable to assist in anything outside her functions such as many events and projects for the BPO. Mrs. Smith communicates very well and is organized and has a positive attitude towards her work. She is always making suggestions to improve the BPO and is always willing to assist. She is deserving of this award as she is an asset to the BPO and is consistent in her performance and commitment to the BPO.

Mr. Troy Hall
Mr. Troy Hall, a Delivery Post Person who is currently working in the Crawl Post Office
Mr. Hall has worked with the Bermuda Post Office (BPO) since 26 October 2009. Mr. Hall’s responsibilities are to deliver mail to residences/businesses across Bermuda. Mr. Hall was selected for this award because in his role as Delivery Post Person he has demonstrated the core values of the Bermuda Post Office which are integrity, team work, flexibility, service excellence, competence and passion.
Mr. Hall has been recognized for perfect attendance. He has also been recognized by our customers for excellent customer service and for going the extra mile. He is very knowledgeable, reliable, self-confident, organized and has a positive attitude towards his work.
Mr. Hall has a neat and well organized work station. Mr. Hall is an excellent time keeper and a valuable team player. He has taken on an additional postal route in the absence of his colleague and has mastered this route without prior training. Mr. Hall goes the extra mile assisting both his internal and external customers, demonstrating excellent customer service.

Mrs. Patricia Ann Castle
The Bermuda Post Office has selected Mrs. Patricia Ann Castle as the employee of the quarter for the first quarter of 2015.
Mrs. Castle is an Accounts Clerk and is responsible for a range of accounting duties within the Accounts department. Mrs. Castle has worked with the Bermuda Post Office (BPO) since 22 April 1985. She has displayed a high level of diligence going over and above to ensure departmental objectives were met and deadlines achieved this quarter.

Mr. Aaron Lugo
Mr. Lugo’s post title is Delivery Postperson and he is responsible for the delivery of mail to residents/businesses across the island. He has worked with the Bermuda Post Office (BPO) since 16 October 2006. Mr. Lugo was selected for this award because in his role as Delivery Postperson he has demonstrated the core values of the Bermuda Post Office which are integrity, team work, flexibility, service excellence, competence and passion.
Mr. Lugo is very knowledgeable of his duties and responsibilities, and always has a good attitude towards work and never gets discouraged. Mr. Lugo has demonstrated that he is a team player, flexible, organized, and always take the initiative to assist his colleagues and customers. Mr. Lugo works well with little to no supervision and always completes his work 100% everyday unless he is on leave. Mr. Lugo goes the extra mile to ensure that the Bermuda Post Office customers receive their mail, and he is a definite asset to the
BPO.

Ms. Sonya Simmons
Sonya Simmons has been selected an the Bermuda Post Office (BPO) Employee of the 3rd Quarter. Ms. Simmons was selected for this award because in her role as Customer Service Representative and Acting Postmistress she has demonstrated the core values of the BPO which are integrity, team work, flexibility, service excellence, competence and passion. She has worked with the BPO since 4 June 2003. She has been an excellent example of customer service by connecting to BPO’s customer base. She places the needs of her customers and job before her own. Consistent and professional, Ms. Simmons deserves credit for maintaining a consistent work ethic.
